试验样品:超临界牡丹籽油,市场购买的大豆油作为安慰剂。
Test sample: supercritical peony seed oil and soybean oil bought from supermarket (paraclete)

受试者标准:受试者性别不限,,年龄40-65岁。半年内采血两次,两次总胆固醇菌>5.2mmol/L或甘油三酯>1.65mmol/L,单纯血脂非常,无显明脑、肝、肺、肾、血液疾患,无长期服药史。
Standards for subject: either male or female aged from 40 to 65. Collect blood twice in half a year and the total cholesterin bacteria >5.2mmol/L or the triglycercide >1.65mmol/L; the simple blood fat is abnormal; no dominant brain, liver, lung, kidney or blood diseases; no long-term drug dependency;

试验方法:要求受试者不改变饮食风俗,天天服用牡丹籽油10g
Test method: the subjects take 10g peony seed oil everyday without changing his or her dietary habit.

实验结论:采用自身对照及组件对照法,选择吻合实验条件的受试者服用牡丹籽油45天。效果注解服用牡丹籽油后CHOL、TG与使用前后比较明显降低,具有明显性差异,使用期间未见不良反应。
Test conclusion: after the qualified subjects take the peony seed oil for 45 days on the basis of self control and group control method, the results show the CHOL and TG decline dramatically compared with the condition before applying peony seed oil. No adverse reaction occurs during the application period.
